777dd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 777dd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 777dd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

777dd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, 777dd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notification.

To register and use the 777dd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity). You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are not eligible to register or use the platform if you are: (i) under 21 years of age; (ii) a current or former employee of 777dd or any affiliated company; (iii) a professional player or sports figure in a sport on which 777dd offers betting markets, where your participation would constitute a conflict of interest; or (iv) a person who has previously had their 777dd account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms. 777dd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend any account where satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable period.

777dd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name; using a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 777dd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day in most cases, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending compliance review on the account. 777dd reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before approving large withdrawal requests. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, 777dd may freeze funds pending investigation and, where evidence is established, forfeit and report as required by applicable policies.

All financial transactions on 777dd are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Where a transaction involves a currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. 777dd is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuations. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Bangladeshi law.

All bets placed on 777dd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the actual applicable odds due to a technical error, 777dd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. 777dd is not liable for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of the rules of any game or market.

Live betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to suspension or settlement at any point during an event at 777dd's discretion based on the progression of play. Bets accepted in error — including those placed after an event has concluded — may be voided. For casino games, the rules as displayed within each game's interface (as provided by the relevant game studio such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, or Spribe) govern the outcome. In all disputes, the decision of 777dd's compliance team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure below.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777dd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Using the platform while under the age of 21, or registering on behalf of a person who is under the age of 21
2. Engaging in fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes
3. Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any winnings derived from exploiting a known error must be reported to 777dd and will be voided

777dd employs advanced fraud detection technology and manual review processes. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly. Users found in breach of this section will have their accounts closed permanently with no right of appeal and no obligation on 777dd to return any balance.

777dd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may request a temporary suspension ("time-out") of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 777dd support. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 777dd will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, although it cannot guarantee that a determined player will not circumvent these measures using different devices or identities.

Players may also set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits directly through their account settings. These controls take effect immediately and cannot be reversed or increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dd's total liability to any User in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises. 777dd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform.

777dd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events outside 777dd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 777dd will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of such interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the internal policies and operational standards of 777dd. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 777dd support should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 777dd will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days. The decision of 777dd's compliance team on any dispute shall be final and binding, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

777dd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 777dd will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or platform notification to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
